Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Visible claims should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the product. Concealed damages and shortages should be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact info@tonedowntech.co.nz to report any issues.
